About · Augusta, Georgia
Rooted in ethics.
Driven by community.
Resolute AIM is an AI business consultancy. We help CSRA organizations put AI to work for their business and their clients' businesses - without losing the plot, or the people. We started by asking a question nobody was answering plainly: can your software even support this?
The origin
The buzz outran the plumbing.
Every organization we talked to had been sold on AI and stalled on it. Leaders were told to "adopt AI." Vendors added chat bubbles to products that could not export a spreadsheet. Employees started pasting company data into consumer chatbots because nobody had given them a governed alternative.
The missing piece was never enthusiasm. It was the tool stack. So we built a rubric, scored a catalog, and made the methodology public - because a score you cannot inspect is just another opinion.
Today Resolute AIM scores workplace tools 0–100 on AI-friendliness, assembles industry toolboxes from what scores well, consults on upgrading stacks, trains teams on responsible use, and champions the emerging AI Administrator role.
Core values
Two sentences we run the company on.
People matter.
Every engagement starts and ends with the people doing the work. We are here to serve employees, employers and the CSRA - the technology is only ever the means. If a recommendation does not leave people better off, we do not make it.
Tools should be AI-friendly.
Software should open itself to the AI working on your behalf - real APIs, webhooks, exportable data, no lock-in. We score for it in the open, publish the rubric, and help you choose tools that pass.
How we live them
Four commitments.
Ethics first
AI never makes an adverse employment decision alone. Humans stay in the loop where consequences land on a person, and the reasoning gets recorded.
Transparent scoring
The rubric is published in full. Scores are marked provisional until verified, re-reviewed every six months, and no vendor can pay for a better number.
Community over conversion
We teach at local chapters whether or not it books work. The CSRA gets better at this together, or it does not get better.
People at the center
The goal is employees doing better work, not fewer employees. If a recommendation only makes sense by deleting the humans, it is not our recommendation.
Who you work with
Gordon Jones
Principal and speaker at Resolute AIM. Gordon works directly with leadership teams on AI readiness and presents Beyond the Buzz: AI In The Workplace to the CSRA SHRM chapter in September 2026. He is the person who runs your audit - not a salesperson who hands you off.
Where we work
Augusta and the CSRA
We are based in Augusta, Georgia and serve the Central Savannah River Area: Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Thomson and Waynesboro on the Georgia side, Aiken and North Augusta across the river in South Carolina. Local means we can sit in your conference room, and it means we hear how it went afterward.
Our first vertical is HR, built alongside the CSRA SHRM community. Field services, restaurants, retail and professional services follow.
The name
Resolute. Aim.
Resolute because adopting AI responsibly takes nerve: saying no to the shiny closed system, writing the policy before the incident, and telling a client their favorite tool scores a 40.
AIM because aim is what most organizations are missing. Not more AI - better targeting. Aiming higher with AI, rooted in ethics, driven by community.
